My Postcard To My Baby Brother!

 WALT: Recount a memory from our holiday and write a short summary for a friend

I had so much fun writing this to my brother who is officially 3 and a half weeks old 🤯😱🥳 I asked the teacher if I could write to him and she said yes so it is not a mistake! I had to go to my class site and then we went onto literacy and pressed a link that took us to google slides, after that we had to decide who we would write it to and that's when I asked my teacher if I could write to Miller! I had to write all about my holiday and then post it for you guys to see! Hope you enjoy!!!

REFLECTION: I had fun writing this and I also had fun sharing it to you guys, one thing that I will work on next time is to be more specific but not too much words so I don't bore you with boring ancient words haha!

 WALT: Texts with your own prior knowledge to develop ideas and understandings. Research fats about Climate Change and write synthesis statements about the effects of Climate Change.

Camera Shots And Angles

WALT:  Synthesise information from short movies to develop new ideas and understanding. Classify and compare different camera angles.

We had to go to our class site and we went to our task board, after that we pressed on a link and it took us to this whole entire presentation naming all the shots and stuff. We had to look through 2 videos and we got some screenshots of some stuff, after that we put them on the correct slide and wrote a description. Hope you enjoy!
REFLECTION: I had fun writing the descriptions on some of them and I also had fun adding it to my blog for you guys to see. One thing I will change about my next blog post is to be a little bit more specific but using less words so I am not boring you out with words.

My Advert

WALT: Make a Covid 19 Advert

Me and My team had to make and add our advert to our blogs and in this group photo Kowhai wasn't here so yeah, we had to watch examples quite a lot of times just to see how to do it! Hope you enjoy masterpiece, andf quite a work of art!

REFLECTION: I had fun doing the advert and adding it to my blog, one thing I will change about my next blog post is to be more positive.

WALT: Find words in the dictionary and the thesaurus and write in complex sentences.

I had to go to my class site go to google drawings and I had to create my wow word explaining everything that you see here and I had to add it to my blog and I really hope you enjoy my blog post

REFLECTION: I loved writing everything down and I also really loved adding it to my blog, what I am going to do different on my blog post next time is probably to be more creative and just be myself in fact everyone should be themselves so please make sure you do.

I had to do this and yeah it was really fun, what I did in this activity is I drew the p and I made it bold and 3D and I had to add it to my blog, I hope you enjoy my blog post!

El Reno Tornado Slides

WALT: Pick a world wide disaster and make a google slides presentation

I had to go onto my class site and see what I was doing for this new fresh starting week and this was one of the things and I also had to research a  lot and go onto tab to tab and I had to upload it to my blog and I hope you enjoy this presentation of mine.


REFLECTION: I had fun making the slide presentation and I also had fun putting this onto my blog and one thing I found interesting about this was wow this is a huge tornado and you will see what I mean in a moment and also before I forget what I am going to focus on for next blog post is to be myself.

ANZAC

WALT: Understand and recognize the meaning behind ANZAC in our country

I had to go onto my class site and click on this link andI got brought to this thing and yeah I took it from there and I came up with this piece of work.

REFLECTION: What I found interesting about this work is learning about the wonderful history and another thing that I found interesting is that al, the people in this history are great people I wish I could research more about the history.

wow Word of the week

WALT: Do the wow word of the week!!

I had to go onto my class site and look at the wow word of the week and this was the word and after we do what we have to do we add it to our blog and make it real.

REFLECTION: I really liked doing the border and I also really liked doing the A N Z A C word thing that was fun too, one thing I can be better on next blog post is probably using more words and explaining more than what it looks like!

Anzac Biscuits!!

WALT: Make something delicious for the Holidays

 I had to go into one of our cook books and find a recipe I can cook I also had to get all the ingredients to make this recipe I hope you like it!


REFLECTION: I really liked making the dough and I also liked eating the Anzac Biscuits but one thing I can focus more on the next blog post is probably to be a bit more specific.

Converting!!

WALT: Convert Weight and Capacity

I had to go onto my class site and press on this link that had all these questions i have answered on it. It took me two days to finish it so that makes me very proud to finally be done, I also had to watch videos and ask questions if I was stuck or did not  know what to do. I had so much fun doing this you should give it a go.

REFLECTION: I had fun doing this math and i also quite liked watching the videos on how to do it but one thing I think I should focus on for next blog post is to be more focused!

WALT: Identifying and learning about Pandemic.

I had to learn all about Pandemic and create a border and draw how I think it would affect us and learn about the different countries that are in pandemic and put the word Pandemic in a sentence. Hope you enjoy.

REFLECTION: I loved making this creation and learning about all these things I especially loved making the border! One thing I did not like is writing it.

My Amazing Brochure about the Grand Canyon

WALT: Design a Brochure and and Summarise important facts.

We had to create a Brochure on Google slides. We had to gather and research information.

REFLECTION: We got information put a title and pictures because every Brochure has pictures and we also put it on our blogs so you could see it.

My Holiday

WALT: We used remove.bg to change a photo to a PNG photo.

I had to write about my favourite bit of our holidays and I chose this. I also had to choose a background to suit my story, and had to do the picture. we would choose a picture and it would PNG it. MAGIC!

REFLECTION: It was really fun to do, I liked doing the picture and the writing and the thing that I wish I had done was another paragraph!
